• THREE DESPERATE ACCUSED PERSONS HAVE BEEN ARRESTED

 

• ONE PISTOL AND 2 LIVE CARTRADGES USED IN THE COMMISSION OF CRIME RECOVERED

 

BRIEF FACTS:-

      On dated 06.09.2024 a telephonic call regarding firing at Kaanch Club, Jhilmil Industrial area, Delhi was received at PS Seemapuri. The complainant Umar S/o Mohd Zameer R/o Maujpur, Delhi stated that he is employed as a bouncer at Kaanch club and he was on duty till 1.00 am on club. At about 11.45 pm four persons came on foot towards club after deboarding a white car and fired two of them 8-10 rounds towards him with intention to kill him and other bouncers present at the gate of Kaanch Club. Hence a Case vide FIR No. 546/24, dt. 06.09.2024, U/s 109(1)/3(5) BNS and 25,27/54/59 Arms Act was registered at PS Seemapuri on complaint of Sh Umar.

Keeping in view the sensitivity and gravity of the case, a Joint team of Special Staff, Shahdara District & Police Station Seemapuri was tasked to crack the case.  Teams of Insp Vijay Baliyan , Hc Vinay , Hc Siddharth and Hc Anuj from special staff,  Shahdara and SI Bhumeshwar , ASI Ravindra Dhaka, HC Sachin, HC Navdeep ,ASI Deependra of Anti snatching Burgalry cell, ASI Deepak & HC Manoj of CDR Cell and  SI Rajender Prasad Sharma,  Hc Chandan , HC Sachin Rana , Hc Shailendera  and Ct Sunil of PS Seemapuri were formed.

TECHNICAL ANALYSIS, RAID & ARREST-

 The teams worked very hard and the meticulous hard work gets results. Working on technical angle, the teams minutely analyzed the CCTV Footages in the vicinity of the scene of crime. After footage analysis with more than 100 CCTV Cameras, the spirited team identified two accused persons as Shahrukh S/o Noor Mohd R/o Village Pasonda, Ghaziabad, UP and Tanish S/O Jagminer @ Jaggu R/o Village- Nithora, Distt Ghaziabad, UP. Thereafter, the teams laid a trap and  and by working continuously with devotion and enthusiasm apprehended three accused persons namely as Shahrukh S/o Noor Mohd R/o Village Pasonda, Ghaziabad, UP, Tanish S/O Jagminer @ Jaggu  R/o Village- Nithora, Distt Ghaziabad, UP and Sangam Chahar S/o Kuldeep R/o Vill- Bhaidapur, Distt- Baghpat, UP.

MODUS OPERANDI & INTERROGATION:-

             During interrogation, accused Tanish disclosed that on 22.08.2024 there was birthday of Sangam Chahar and they along with other friends had a party at Kaanch club. A total bill of party was about 1,70,000/-. Tanish had refused to pay bill and asked owner of club Umesh Yadav that he has to keep booked a table for them in future for their enjoyment. On this a heated argument had taken place between Tanish and Umesh Yadav. So, he along with his associates Shahrukh, Sangam and Aadil made a plan to teach the lesson to the owners of Kaanch club and on 05.09.2024 he along with his associates had fired 8-10 rounds over the employees of Kaanch club.

             On dated 05.09.2024 all four accused persons assembled near Apsara border, boarded in the car of Tanish and reached near Kaanch club. Accused Tanish and Adil both are having pistols with them. They had parked the car at a distance of Kaanch club and reached at the gate of Kaanch club on foot. Thereafter Tanish and Aadil had fired over the staff of Kaanch club.

PROFILE OF ACCUSED ARRESTED: -

1. Shahrukh R/o Ghaziabad, UP, Age- 30 yrs runs a building material supply shop.

PREVIOUS INVOLVEMENTS:-

1. FIR No. 988/19,, U/s -302/34 IPC, PS Sahibabad, UP.

2.Tanish @ Shivam R/o Distt- Ghaziabad, UP Age- 22 yrs . He is unmarried and unemployed

PREVIOUS INVOLVEMENTS:-

(i) FIR No. 325/21, U/s -302 IPC, PS Loni Border, Ghaziabad, UP.

(ii) FIR No. 355/21, U/s – 25 Arms Act, PS Loni Border, Ghaziabad, UP.

3. Sangam Chahar R/o Distt- Baghpat, UP Age- 22 yrs. He is unmarried and unemployed.

RECOVERY: -

1.One Pistol with 2 live cartridges used in the commission of crime has been recovered. 

Further investigation is underway.
