DREADED LADY ACCUSED WANTED IN SENSATIONAL MURDER CASE OF NOIDA, UP, ARRESTED BY CRIME BRANCH, DELHI

• A REWARD OF RS. 25,000 WAS DECLARED BY UP POLICE, ON THE ARREST OF THE ACCUSED.
• THE LADY ACCUSED IS THE GIRLFRIEND TURNED WIFE OF A NOTORIOUS GANGSTER, WHO IS ALREADY LODGED IN JAIL IN SOME CASES INCLUDING THIS CASE.

INTRODUCTION:-

The constant and painstaking efforts made by the team of NR II/Crime Branch have brought down the curtains of the criminal run of lady accused named Kajal Khatri, 29 years, r/o TDI City, Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana, who was absconding since after sensational murder case of one Suraj Mann who was killed in Sec. 104, Noida, U.P. owing to long gang rivalry between the Neeraj Bawania and Kapil Mann @ Kallu r/o Khera Khurd of Lawrence Bishnoi-Gogi Gang. The case was registered vide FIR No. 31/2024, Dated 19/01/2024, U/s 302/120B/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act in PS Sector 39, Noida, UP. There was no clue about the accused Kajal Khatri and proceedings u/s 82 Cr.P.C has been initiated against her. A reward of Rs. 25,000 was declared by UP Police on her arrest.

BRIEF FACTS OF CASE:

On 19.01.2024, one Suraj Mann who was residing at Noida, U.P. with his family was going to gym near his residence, then three persons came on bike and fired indiscriminately and he expired during treatment in hospital. Deceased Suraj Mann was the brother of one Parvesh Mann, who is lodged in jail in MCOCA case and is the key member of Neeraj Bawania Gang.

There is gang rivalry between Parvesh Mann and Kapil Mann @ Kallu r/o Khera Kalan, who is the member of Lawrence Bishnoi-Gogi Gang. The rivalry started in July, 2018, when Parvesh Mann had killed uncle of Kallu and later his father in 2022. In the ensuing rivalry, Kallu had murdered Parvesh’s cousin in 2019 and now his brother.

INFORMATION, TEAM & OPERATION:

Keeping in view of gravity of the case, a team headed by Insp. Sandeep Tushir comprising SIs Satender, Yogesh Dahiya, Ravi Saini, ASIs Pardeep Godara, Praveen Dahiya, HCs Pradeep Sheokand, Ashwani Dahiya, Ashok, Vinod Bajad, Ajay, Sandeep Sangroha, W/Cts Rajani Sharma and Sonam under the close supervision of Narender Singh, ACP/NR-II was constituted by the undersigned. The team worked in a relentless and professional manner.

Local information was collected from the hideouts of the accused. SI Ravi Saini received information about the present whereabouts of the accused, and HCs Ashwani Dahiya & Vinod Bajad and W/Ct. Rajani Sharma did field work for more than a month. A number of Kingsbury flats, TDI City, Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana were checked and address of the accused Kajal Khatri was zeroed down. The information was further technically developed and it came in notice that the accused has gone to Hisar, Haryana. Thereafter, a raiding team was constituted and the team laid a trap in Hisar and the accused was apprehended from a hotel.

PROFILE OF ACCUSED PERSON:

The accused Kajal Khatri was born in 1995 at her native Village- Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana. Thereafter, she alongwith her family shifted in Sector 11, Rohini, Delhi. He did her schooling from a renowned school of Rohini. She took admission in B.A. in a college in Delhi University but failed in an exam of final year. In the year 2016, she was preparing for government job and came in contact of Kapil Mann @ Kallu, who came to a gym in Sector 11, Rohini and they became friends. In the year 2019, Kapil Mann @ Kallu got involved in crime and became a sharpshooter of Gogi gang. He was absconding in a murder case. She further disclosed that in the year 2019, she and Kapil Mann got married in a temple in Haryana. Thereafter, in September 2019, Kapil Mann @ Kallu was arrested and is in jail since then. After murder of father of Kapil Mann @ Kallu, she along with all her family members shifted from Rohini to TDI City, Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana. She used to meet physically Kapil Mann @ Kallu in jail. She was also in contact with Kapil Mann and other associates through various social networking sites and internet calling apps. Accused Kapil has also mentioned her name as spouse in Jail record.
