Declaring the community center as the best in the field of medicine, health care and hygiene, Community Health Center Superintendent Dr. Amit Bajpai has been announced to be awarded the Kayakalp Award. According to the letter 1344 dated 13/09/2024 of Mission Health Director Uttar Pradesh, under the Kayakalp Scheme for the financial year 2023-24, the units that score more than seventy percent in a total of 425 units in internal, peer and external assessment in three phases at the Community Health Center are eligible for the Government of India, among which the name of Fardhan Community Health Center of Kheri district is also prominent.
It is worth noting that the Kayakalp Award is an award given by the Indian Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. This award is given to healthcare centers that promote hygiene, cleanliness, and infection control.
