Kapil Muni hits back at the allegations leveled by Sharda Gupta on Romi Sahni, calls the complainant woman a fraud.

Sharda Gupta, wife of Rupesh Gupta, a resident of Palia, who reached the SP office to complain about illegal occupation of her land by Palia MLA Romi Sahni, pleaded for justice, accusing the MLA of getting the land occupied through Kapil Muni Singh. Completely denying the allegations leveled by the victim, the defendant Kapil Muni Singh released a video and said that there is a land dispute between him and Sharda Devi.

Denying any connection of Palia MLA Romi Sahni with the above case, Kapil Muni said that the woman is trying to defame him by using the name of the MLA. MLA Romi Sahni is a good-hearted person who helps the poor and the needy and has so much property that he does not need to grab anyone's land. I have bought the said plot from Sharda Devi through a deed, the total payment of which has been made to the seller by cash and cheque. The land has become very valuable since the time he bought it, due to which the intention of the said opponent woman is bad. She is accusing me by making up stories with dishonest intentions. According to the defendant Kapil Muni, the husband of the said opponent woman, Rupesh Gupta, is accused of murdering his first wife. The said opponents are very domineering and arrogant, due to which there is a danger to life and property.

When MLA Romi Sahni was contacted in the context of the above allegations, he said that I have nothing to do with either side, the opposition is frustrated by my popularity, some anti-government and anti-BJP people whose evil intentions are not succeeding in the Yogi government are conspiring to tarnish my and the government's image.
