Spoton Glow, a women-focused skill development initiative under Spoton Global Group, offers professional makeup artistry and henna training designed to help women acquire practical skills and explore opportunities in the beauty industry.

The initiative has expanded its training activities across several locations, including Akola, Amravati, Washim, Khamgaon and surrounding towns, through collaborations with educational institutions, community organisations and local representatives.

Speaking about the initiative's broader vision, Spoton Global Group Founder and CEO Awes Siddiqui said, "Our vision is to train 5 crore women across India in professional makeup and henna artistry. We want to make professional skill development accessible to women and encourage them to explore entrepreneurship and financial independence through their skills."
