KRMU successfully organised Academic Quality Orientation and Awareness Activity

The School of Agricultural Sciences (SOAS), K.R. Mangalam University, in collaboration with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), organized an “Academic Quality Orientation and Awareness Activity (For Students and Faculty)” on 08 May, 2026 at Room No.-C301, Chanakya Block, Gurugram.

The programme aimed to create awareness among students and faculty members regarding academic quality, institutional excellence and continuous improvement in higher education. The resource person for the event was Prof. (Dr.) J. S. Yadav, Dean, School of Agricultural Sciences, who delivered an insightful address on the importance of academic quality, discipline, research culture and continuous learning in higher education. He motivated students to actively participate in academic activities and emphasized that maintaining quality standards is essential for personal growth as well as institutional development.

During this event, Dr. Jay Nath Patel, Assistant Professor, SOAS and Faculty Organizer of this event, welcomed the participants and highlighted the importance of awareness activities in strengthening students academic understanding and professional development.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture and faculty members. Faculty members present during the programme included Dr. Anjali Tomar, Dr. Deepak Kumar, Dr. Rabiya Bashari, Dr. Ambika Bhandari, Mr. Jagjeet, and Mr. Sunil. The programme was successfully coordinated along with student coordinators Ms. Pragati Ratna and Ms. Neeraja Parida. The session concluded with a vote of thanks to all participants and organizers for making the event successful.
