On Friday, under the holy guidance of the most revered Sadhvi Shri Ratnarekha Shri Ji Maharaj Saheb Adi Thana 3, seated at the local Jain pilgrimage site, Shri Rishabhdev Bavan Jinalaya, 14 ascetics of Upadhaan Tapa and 5 ascetics of 68 Aayambil were honored by the Shri Sangh with shawls, coconuts, and tilak. On this occasion, Pujya Sadhvi Bhagwant described the importance of Upadhaan Tapa worship.

Shri Sangh's President Sanjay Mehta told that the worship of Upadhan Tapa was organized under the holy and auspicious guidance of Acharya Bhagwan Shrimad Vijay Jayanand Surishwar Ji Maharaj Saheb, who is seated at Shri Mohankheda Tirtha. 14 monks and nuns from Jhabua participated in this worship. On the completion of the penance of the devotees of Jhabua, the ascetics were honored today, in which ascetic Madhukar Shah, Sharad Rungrecha, Mrs. Manjula Chhajed, Mrs. Shakuntala Runwal, Mrs. Shobha Kankrecha, Mrs. Pramila Runwal, Mrs. Hemlata Saklecha, Mrs. Usha Kanswa, Mrs. Sushila Dungarwal, Mrs. Pratibha Runwal, Mrs. Surekha Modi, Mrs. Jeevan Ben Porwal, Mrs. Sarita Babel, Mrs. Kirti Rungrecha and 68 ascetic of Ayimbil Tapa, Mrs. Kamalaben Mutha, Smt. Shweta Saklecha, Smt. Jeevanben Paurwal, Smt. Sheetal Rathore and Smt. Preeti Kataria and Chaturmas Ekashna ascetic Smt. Anupama Mehta were honored by Shri Sangh by presenting them shawl, Shriphal and Tilak.

Discourse on Uttaradhyayan Sutra started. The 5-day long worship of the Nirvana Kalyanak Mahotsav of the supreme Tirthankar Bhagwan Shri Mahavir Swami Ji, the festival of Deepawali, started from today, under which Pujya Sadhvi Ji Bhagwant started the recitation of Shri Uttaradhyayan Sutra. Pujya Sadhvi Bhagwant said that Lord Shri Mahavir Swami showered his last sermon for 16 hours for the welfare of young creatures like us. Lord Mahavir Swami Ji gave this sermon for the welfare of the creatures of the world. Pujya Sadhvi Ji said that the creature in whom the virtue of humility is present is definitely worthy of religion. Religion can only exist where there is humility. A humble person is always respected and honored. Where there is no

humility, no matter how many religious activities a person performs, he cannot attain salvation. Therefore, the first step towards religion is the quality of humility.
