The principal openly states that this isn't a one-day deal, but rather a fixed monthly percentage. He mentions that the previous cassettes are also available, and that a few old ones are pending. The Indore cassettes have been processed, but this local one is still pending. This makes it clear that this entire gang is systematically usurping teachers' salaries and arrears.
