1) By mobilising the manpower to add extra staff including doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, technician etc.
2) Arrange for extra dressing material, drugs, injection and equipment
3) Extra ambulances, extra trolley
4) Geared up OT services round the clock
5) Extra space management to handle large number of patients
6) We keep 20 beds vacant especially for Diwali and 10 extra beds in Burns casualty
7) Mobilising other speciality doctors like Orthopedic, Anesthesia, Ophthalmology to provide holistic care under one roof
