Present at the event were Founder & CEO Awes Siddiqui, Director Tabish Mirza, Makeup Trainer Nida Pathan, English Trainer Nasiya Sultana, Henna Trainers Dosani Madam and Sayema Madam, Sewing Master Nikhat Madam, along with other faculty members and staff.

While addressing the audience, Rafique Siddiqui praised Spoton’s contribution towards the Atmanirbhar Mahila vision and emphasized that skill-based and communication-focused education is the real key to women empowerment. Corporator Ashish Pawitrakar highlighted that combining technical skills with spoken English training significantly improves women’s confidence, employability, and income potential. He also appreciated Spoton Global Group for expanding its training programs beyond Akola.

Corporator Fayyaz Khan stated that initiatives like these, if implemented across Maharashtra, can transform women into financially independent and career-ready professionals. Speaking on the long-term vision, Awes Siddiqui said, “Our goal is to skill 10 lakh women through vocational education and English communication training, enabling them to stand strong as confident, self-reliant contributors to society.”
