The convocation will be graced by the Chairman of National Board of Accreditation (NBA)

On Sunday, 22 March 2026, at 11:00 AM, the K. R. Mangalam University family will organise its 7th Convocation Ceremony at the university’s Sohna Road campus to celebrate the academic achievements of 1,842 graduating students. The ceremony will bring together graduating students, their families, university leadership, and faculty members to mark this significant academic milestone.
The convocation will be graced by the Chairman of National Board of Accreditation (NBA), National Educational Technology Forum (NETF) and Former Chairman of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)  Prof. Anil D. Sahasrabudhe Ji, who will attend the ceremony as the Chief Guest and deliver the Convocation Address, inspiring and motivating the graduating students as they embark on the next phase of their professional and personal journeys. Distinguished personalities namely 1. Dr. Brajesh Pandey (Executive Director, INSA) 2. Dr. (Mrs.) Pankaj Mittal (Secretary General, Association of Indian Universities 3. Prof. Ar. Abhay Vinayak Purohit (President, Council of Architecture, India) will also be present as Guests of Honour on the occasion.
During the ceremony, the University will confer a total of 1,842 degrees across its academic programmes. This includes 1,238 undergraduate degrees, 474 postgraduate degrees, 67 diploma degrees, and 63 Ph.D. degrees across various disciplines offered by the University. The University will also recognise academic excellence by awarding a total of 154 medals, including 52 Gold Medals, 51 Silver Medals, and 51 Bronze Medals, to meritorious students for their outstanding academic performance.
Among the graduating students, 775 are female and 1,067 are male, reflecting the University’s diverse academic community and growing participation of students across disciplines.
The convocation ceremony will feature the traditional academic procession, conferment of degrees, presentation of medals, and the convocation address by the Chief Guest. On this occasion, the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Professor (Dr.) Raghuvir Singh will present annual report highlighting the University’s academic achievements, research initiatives, and progress in implementing the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
Speaking ahead of the ceremony, the university leadership stated that the convocation represents a moment of immense pride not only for the graduates but also for their families and the entire academic community. It celebrates years of perseverance, learning, and dedication that prepare students to contribute meaningfully to society and the nation.
