Tribute Ceremony Held in Delhi on Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri

Today, October 2nd, a tribute ceremony was organized in the auditorium of the Uttarakhand Resident Commissioner's office in Delhi to mark the birth anniversary of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, and former Prime Minister of India, Lal Bahadur Shastri.

On this occasion, Resident Commissioner Mr. Ajay Mishra and Additional Resident Commissioner Mr. Ramesh Singh Rawat paid tribute to the great men by offering flowers to their portraits.

In his address, Resident Commissioner Mr. Ajay Mishra stated that the lives of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri have always been a source of inspiration for the country. Their ideals, principles of simplicity, truth, and non-violence continue to guide us today. We should embrace their ideals and play an active role in nation-building.

On this occasion, all the officers and employees of the office also expressed their respect by offering flowers to the portraits of these two great personalities.
