Medical Education Workshop Held at Government Medical College, Datia

In accordance with the criteria of the Indian Medical Commission, New Delhi, and after approval from the Commission, a training workshop on Basic Course in Medical Education (BCME) was organized at Government Medical College, Datia, from 24/9/2025 to 26/9/2025, under the supervision of the NMC Regional Center, Indore, for 30 medical faculty members to enhance their proficiency in medical education. The workshop was chaired by Dr. Deepak Singh Marawi, Chairman of the Medical Education Unit and Dean of the College, and Dr. Vivek Verma, Coordinator of the Medical Education Unit, and Head of the Department of Physiology. The workshop focused on improving the quality of medical education at Datia Medical College to national standards and ensuring that skilled MBBS doctors are annually dedicate to society and the nation. The doctors who provided training included the college's senior medical teachers Dr. Vivek Verma, Dr. Tribhuvan Narayan Singh Gaur, Dr. Kiran Tripathi, Dr. Arjun Singh, Dr. Surendra Kumar Bauddh, Dr. Rajesh Gupta, Dr. Shweta Yadav, Dr. P. Adhikari and Dr. Sumit Kumar. The training workshop was directly monitored daily by Dr. Kailash Charokar, a senior medical teacher nominated from NMC New Delhi. On the successful organization of the workshop, the college's Principal Dr. Deepak Singh Maravi congratulated all the participants by giving them certificates.
