Four Films Honored with Madhusmriti Awards at Film Festival

The 13th Sutradhar Film Festival was organized by Sutradhar Film Society at the Indore Press Club auditorium. Nearly 30 short films by Indore filmmakers and directors were screened at the festival. Madhusmriti Awards were presented to talented directors and filmmakers from Indore. First prize went to Arth, second prize to Fused Bulb, and third prize to Dakiya Kaka. The film Chhaap received the Encouragement Award. Praveen Khariwal, President of the State Press Club, Madhya Pradesh, was the chief guest at the event. He remarked that short films often convey a powerful message to society. Indore's film directors have showcased their talents with distinction. He cited the unforgettable work of Satyanarayan Vyas, head of Sutradhar Film Society, describing him as a dedicated personality. Dr. AK Saxena, Chairman of the Technical Committee, Central Pollution Control Board, was present as a special guest. Guests were initially welcomed by Satyanarayan Vyas, Sutradhar of the film festival, and Rachna Johri. A large number of cinema lovers participated in the festival.
