The Navratri festival, which has been running for the past 16 years at the Shri Vaneshwar Maruti Nandan Hanuman Temple, a famous pilgrimage site in Madhya Pradesh, has set new records of success. Suresh Chandra Puranmal Jain, a popular social worker and committee member, said that this event began 16 years ago in a very small format.

But now the event has become famous abroad as well. With the ever-growing popularity of this event, the Garba pandal at Foot Talab has also begun to look small.

Devotees come from far and wide to play and watch Garba.

Their Garba skills seem to surpass even the renowned artists of Gujarat.

Out of the three groups from Foot Talab village, the first was the small girl Divya Group; the second was the Lakshmi Group; the third was the Hansa Group; the Ashapuri Group from Kalyanpura; the Tina Group from Ranapur; the Ranu Machhar Group from Bedawali; the DD Group from Meghnagar; the Thandla Sazeli Group; and the Kali Devi Group. All these groups are from Thandla. More than 10 regional groups from different villages in the Jhabua and Meghnagar development blocks are performing Garba here.

The group has over 20 members. People are coming from Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Jhabua, Petlawad, Sarangi, Ranapur, and Alirajpur to witness the event. Special guidance is also being provided on how to perform Garba in different costumes, with Mrs. Seema Suresh Jain and Neeta Jain playing a special role. The temple's Mahant, Dilip Das Maharaj, said that this event is continuously growing in scale and grandeur, and the people's faith is evident.

In the traditional Garbo Pakhida and Pakhida celebrations, locals as well as visitors from outside are seen dancing.

Pooja Jain, Juhi Jain, Antim Bala Jain, Binny Jain, Purva Jain, and the Jain family from the organizing committee have kindly requested mothers and sisters to come to the Garba Festival at Foot Talab.
