Gold and Silver Medals Won in Bench Press and Powerlifting Championships

The Indore District Equipped and Classic Men/Women Bench Press Championships and the Indore District Classic Sub-Junior, Junior, and Senior Men/Women Powerlifting Championships were held in a grand and disciplined manner in Indore. Mohammad Arsh Khan performed exceptionally well in the 59 kg junior category, winning three gold medals. Similarly, he won two silver medals in the 53 kg junior category. Nasir Hussain won one gold and one silver medal in the 66 kg junior category bench press. Shadab Ansari won a silver medal in the senior category bench press (74 kg). Anas Pathan won a gold medal in the senior category bench press (83 kg), and Qadir Khan won a silver medal in the 83 kg junior category, bringing honor to FFC Gym. The Indore Corporation Equipped and Classic teams will be selected from this district championship. The players selected in the Equipped Bench Press competition will participate in the State Level Equipped Men/Women Bench Press Championship to be held in Chhindwara from 01 to 02 November 2025 and the players selected in the Classic Powerlifting Team will participate in the MP State Level Classic Sub Junior, Junior and Senior Men/Women Powerlifting Trials to be held on 15 November.
