ONE WANTED IN A KIDNAPPING CASE, DECLARED PROCLAIMED OFFENDER (PO), ARRESTED BY PS ANAND PARBAT TEAM, CENTRAL DISTRICT.

• ONE PROCLAIMED OFFENDER ARRESTED BY THE TEAM OF PS ANAND PARBAT, CENTRAL DISTRICT.
• ACCUSED PERSON WAS ARRESTED ON THE BASIS OF SECRET INFORMATION.
• ACCUSED PERSON WAS EVADING THE JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS TO DODGE THE PUNISHMENT.
 
A special drive against proclaimed offenders is being continuously carried out in the Central District. During the drive, the dedicated team of PS Anand Parbat arrested a Proclaimed Offender (PO) namely Guddu Kumar.
 
TEAM & OPERATION:
A dedicated team of PS Anand Parbat, comprising HC Bodu Ram and Ct. Rinku, was constituted under the close supervision of ACP Patel Nagar and SHO Anand Parbat to arrest the accused.
 
The team continued to work on technical and manual information to trace the Proclaimed Offender (PO), Guddu Kumar.
 
  The team visited the residence of the accused person, but he was not available. The team maintained close monitoring through technical surveillance, and information was also gathered from secret informers.
 
On September 17, 2025, an information was received that the accused person, Guddu Kumar, was present near Nai Basti, Anand Parbat, Delhi. The team from PS Anand Parbat, immediately reached the spot, and on the informer's instance, the accused Guddu Kumar r/o Muzzafapur, Bihar, Age-30 years, was arrested from Nai Basti, Anand Parbat, Delhi.
 
Upon checking the records, it was found that accused  Guddu Kumar, was declared a Proclaimed Offender in case  FIR No-272/2018, U/s 363/174A IPC, P.S - Anand Parbat, Delhi on 08/05/2019 by the Hon'ble Court of Sh. Abhishek Kumar, JMFC T.H.C Court Delhi. Accordingly, the accused person was arrested.
 
ACCUSED ARRESTED:
1. Guddu Kumar r/o Muzzafapur, Bihar, Age-30 years.
