Under the campaign of drug-free India, a de-addiction program was organized in Dr. Zakir Hussain Mahavidyalaya.

Students gave a message against drug addiction by forming a human chain.

Under the campaign of drug-free India, a de-addiction awareness program was organized in the district by Prajapita Brahmakumari University and the students gave a message against drug addiction by forming a human chain.

Speaking on the ill-effects of drug addiction in the program, Dr. Manoj Agarwal, who has been working in the field of de-addiction for years, said that drug addiction not only hollows out the addict but also the entire family, society and country. If we go to the bottom of every crime and  offence, the reason is drug addiction.

Brahmakumari Swati Didi, while addressing, said that drug addiction is actually a slow poison, which slowly gives birth to fatal diseases in our body and slowly takes the person to the death bed.

College Director Shri Virendra Swarnkar Nirjhar said that drug addiction has become a serious problem in society today, which not only harms a person's health, but also destroys his family and social fabric.

Brahmakumari Tripti Didi administered an oath to all the people present to never take drugs in their lives.

Dr. Manoj Agarwal, Director of Burhanpur Drug Deaddiction Center, Swati Didi of Prajapita Brahmakumari University, Tripti Didi, College Director Virendra Swarnkar Nirjhar, Principal Mrs. Jayshree Mehta, Mrs. Jyoti Chaudhary, Mr. Neeraj Shroff, Mrs. Sunita Chouksey, Mohammad Liaquat, Raksha Katve, Mr. Yogesh Mahajan and other college and school students were present in the program.
