News of making Aadhar card of dog turned out to be fake, Collector ordered investigation

Recently, sensational news of making Aadhar card of dog in Dabra area came out on social media and some mediums. This news shocked people, but in the administrative investigation, this news was found to be completely baseless and untrue.

Taking cognizance of this matter, Collector Mrs. Ruchika Chauhan immediately got the portal investigated. The investigation made it clear that no Aadhar card is registered in the name of dog or any other animal on the portal.

Taking a tough stand on spreading such fake and misleading news, the Collector has directed the concerned officials to investigate. It has also been said that if an attempt to make fake Aadhar card is found at any level, then strict action will be taken against the culprits.

The administration has also appealed to the general public not to believe in rumors and trust only the information received from official sources.
