Doctors raised slogans for One Nation One Election

Under the joint aegis of Rashtriya Chikitsak Sangh and Resident Doctors Association MAMC and Loknayak Hospital, One Nation One Election program was organized inside the college auditorium today. Shri Sunil Bansal, National General Secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party was present as the chief guest and speaker in the program. Sunil Bansal said that the packed auditorium of Maulana Azad Medical College is a direct proof of the fact that the medical community has ensured its participation in the nationwide campaign of One Nation One Election. Just as doctors treat patients, with the same efficiency they will now treat the society by joining the One Nation One Election campaign for nation building.

Shri Harsh Malhotra, Union Minister, Government of India was present as the special guest in the program. Shri Harsh Malhotra said that One Nation One Election is not an option but a resolution which the whole country supports and the Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is firmly connected with the public for this.

Medical Director of Lok Nayak Hospital, Dr. B.L. Chaudhary said that it is a matter of pride for us that Lok Nayak Hospital has got the opportunity to take the initiative to connect doctors with a nationwide campaign. While presiding over the program, President of Rashtriyavadi Chikitsa Sangh, Dr. Mamta Tyagi said that it is a matter of great joy that Rashtriyavadi Chikitsa Sangh was chosen for this task of nation building and was given the opportunity to make the medical community aware of One Nation One Election. Dr. Mamta Tyagi, linking the principle of One Nation One Election with the soul of India, called for awakening a consciousness by making this campaign a mass campaign. Patron of the Sangh, Dr. Gladbin Tyagi announced that wherever a program is organized on the topic of One Nation One Election, Rashtriyavadi Chikitsa Sangh will organize a medical camp there. In the program, a debate competition and poster competition were also organized on the topic of one nation one election, the winners of which were given prizes. Apart from this, in the cultural program, Ganesh Vandana was presented by the doctors, Nukkad Natika by the nursing students and a group song by the Ayurvedacharyas was presented. In the program, the doctors were awarded with Doctor for Nation and the nurses were awarded with Nurse for Nation Award. The program started with Vande Mataram and at the end of the program, the national anthem was sung. The stage was conducted by Dr. Sachin Gupta. On this occasion, eminent doctors from various hospitals of Delhi were present in large numbers. Dr. Vinod Kumar, Medical Director, Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital, Dr. Dhamija, Medical Director, GTB Hospital, Mr. Pankaj Agarwal, Director of Lee Crest Hospital and Dr. Ritu Singh, President of National Nurses Organization, Dr. Soumit Day, President of Resident Doctors Association Maulana Azad Medical College and other dignitaries were present.
