Running Trophies won by GGGS IP University in Paper Presentation and BPS Women University Haryana won in National Nukkad Natak

Delhi Police Crime Branch and Bhagidari Jan Sahyog Samiti jointly organised a National Level Nukkad Natak and National Level Research Paper Presentation Competition in collaboration with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Delhi  on the theme Prevention of Use of Drugs  in the august presence of   Member NCW Govt. of India and District Judge Consumer Court South District Dr. Rajinder Dhar at NDMC Convention Centre, Sansad Marg, New Delhi.

After the two days National Nukkad Natak Competition at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Open Theater and Auditorium YMCA Tourist Hostel Jai Singh Road ,  4 teams of students in the final round All India Institute of Medical Science Delhi, Janki Devi Memorial College Delhi University, Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila University Haryana and Maharshi Dayanand University Haryana, the Running Trophy was won by Bhagat Phool Singh  Mahila University Haryana. Other than the Universities of Final Round the teams of , Rajasthan Technical University Kota, DAV University Punjab, Banasthali Vidyapeeth Rajasthan, Delhi Pharmaceutical  Science and  Research University Delhi , K.R. Mangalam University Haryana , S.V. Subharti University UP , Lingaya’s Lalita Devi Institute of Management and Science Delhi, University,  Janki Devi Memorial College Delhi University, KIIT College of Education Gurugram,  Sharda University UP, SCERT performed their performance in exemplary manner for which all the teams were also awarded team menetos.

In the National Research Paper Presentation Competition 35 participants including Professor , Research Scholars participated from the various parts of Country including Delhi, Haryan , Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, West Bengal. The Research School of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University won the Running Trophy. An exhibition on Prevention of Use of Drugs was also visited by the numbers of students and the faculty members. The exhibition was very educational and inspiring to quit drugs. 

In the Welcome speech the  Chief Convenor of the Programme Vijay Gaur Chairperson Bhagidari Jan Sahog Samiti said that if we create awareness among youth for prevention of Use of Drugs, we save the Country because youths are in highest number in our Country. Such programe  will prove the effective media to fulfil the dream of Drug Free Delhi 2027. 

While addressing the gathering , Special Commissioner of Police Devesh Chandra Srivastva IAS told that when we discuss on the issue Use of drugs we find three things number one  it is not cool, it is not  a stressed  buster because  If you take it, You will be habitual which is very harmful to your health and third is not only we may not take drugs but also we may educate the other not to use drugs. He said that the drug addicts are also victims. We may support them by counselling without any discrimination. He also appreciated the contribution of  Kailash Hills Community Association , Glaze Trading India Pvt. Ltd. , Modern International School Dwarka and Jagriti Vahini Foundation in organising the event. 

The programme was well coordinated by the NSS members of DPSRU  University under the sinceer supervision of Bharat Bhushan Vice Chairperson of the samiti. Progrmme was moderated by Kamlesh Sharma
