In Datia, Superintendent of Police Suraj Kumar Verma on Thursday flagged off 18 state-of-the-art FRV (First Response Vehicle) vehicles of Dial 112 for various police stations and outposts of the district.

All these vehicles have been allotted to Datia district from Police Headquarters Bhopal.

During this, ASP Sunil Kumar Shivhare, SDOP Akanksha Jain, Reserve Inspector Saurabh Tiwari, Inspector (Radio) Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Kotwali TI Dhirendra Mishra and police staff were present.

These FRV vehicles will be equipped with GPS system and live camera, which will make real-time monitoring of the incident site possible.

Body worn camera and dash camera will bring transparency in police action.

Along with this, first aid kit, stretcher and fire extinguisher will also be present.

Now, just by dialling 112, all services like Police (100), Ambulance (108), Fire Brigade (101), Women Helpline (1090), Cyber ??Crime (1930), Rail Madad (139), Highway Accident Response (1099), Natural Disaster (1079) and Women/Child Helpline (181, 1098) will be available on a single number.

This initiative will provide fast, safe and reliable assistance to the citizens of Datia district in emergency situations.

This will increase public safety and strengthen trust in the police.
