PROCLAIMED OFFENDER (P.O.) ARRESTED BY PS KAMLA MARKET TEAM, CENTRAL DISTRICT.

• ONE PROCLAIMED OFFENDER ARRESTED BY THE TEAM OF PS KAMLA MARKET, CENTRAL DISTRICT.

• ACCUSED PERSON WAS ARRESTED ON THE BASIS OF LOCAL INFORMATION AND MANUAL SURVEILLANCE.

• ACCUSED PERSON WAS EVADING THE JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS TO DODGE THE PUNISHMENT.

A special drive against proclaimed offenders is being continuously carried out in Central District. During the drive, the dedicated team of PS Kamla Market arrested a Proclaimed offender namely Mohd Waseem @ Vaseem @Arslam.

TEAM & OPERATION: -

A dedicated team of Police Station Kamla Market, comprised of HC Ankush Kumar and HC Krishan Kumar was constituted under the supervision of SHO, Kamla Market and overall supervision of ACP Kamla Market.

The team continued to work on technical and manual information to trace the proclaimed offender, Mohd Waseem @ Md Vaseem @Arslam.

The team visited the residence of the accused person, but he was not available. The team maintained close monitoring through technical surveillance, and information was also gathered from secret informers.

On September 03, 2025, a secret information was received that the accused person, Mohd Waseem @ Md Vaseem @Arslam, was present near Bhavbhuti Marg, near NDRS, Delhi. The team from the Police Station Kamla Market, immediately reached the spot, and on the informer's instance, the accused Mohd Waseem @ Vaseem @Arslam, R/o Vegabond Faiz, Turkaman Gate, Age 29 Years, was arrested from Bhavbhuti Marg, near NDRS, Delhi, U/s 35(1) (d) BNSS.

Upon checking the records, it was found that accused Mohd Waseem @ Vaseem @Arslam, was declared a proclaimed offender in case FIR No-68/2020, U/s 380 IPC, P.S - Chandni Mahal, Delhi on 01/07/2024 by the Hon'ble Court of Ms Syesha Chadha Ld. JMFC, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi. Accordingly, the accused person was arrested.

ACCUSED ARRESTED: -

1. Mohd Waseem @ Vaseem @Arslam, R/o Vegabond Faiz, Turkaman Gate, Age 29 Years.

1. FIR No.CD-CM-00068/2020, U/s 380 IPC, PS Chandni Mahal, Central District.

2. FIR No.247/2019, U/s 379/522 IPC, PS Kamla Market, Central District.
