400 pilgrims departed from Meghnagar Railway Station by special train under Mukhyamantri Tirtha Darshan Yojana

Under Mukhyamantri Tirtha Darshan Yojana, a group of 400 pilgrims departed from Meghnagar Railway Station for the auspicious journey to Tirupati Balaji.

Chief guest Ratlam Jhabua Alirajpur MP Smt. Anita Nagarsingh Chouhan, Cabinet Minister Women and Child Development Department Ms. Nirmala Bhuria, former MLA Kalsingh Bhabar, Collector Neha Meena, greeted all the pilgrims at the farewell of the pilgrims at Meghnagar Railway Station in Jhabua district.

A special train arrived at Meghnagar Railway Station for the pilgrims and the guests flagged off the train.

Under Mukhyamantri Tirtha Darshan Yojana, senior citizens of Madhya Pradesh who are 60 years of age or above can travel.

The Madhya Pradesh government has launched this scheme in June 2012. Under this scheme, senior citizens of the state are provided free travel to identified pilgrimage sites of the country.

There was great enthusiasm among the pilgrims going on pilgrimage.

On this occasion, public representatives, dignitaries, citizens and journalists were present in large numbers.
