ONE FUGITIVE OF MURDER CASE OF VAISHALI, BIHAR ARRESTED BY JOINT TEAM OF WR-II, CRIME BRANCH & BIHAR POLICE.

ACCUSED NILESH KUMAR HAD COMMITTED MURDER OF HIS UNCLE IN YEAR 2023 AND COULD NOT BE ARRESTED.

INTRODUCTION:
In a well-coordinated operation with the Bihar Police, the WR-II/Crime team, Dwarka, jointly successfully arrested Nilesh Kumar, a fugitive and key accused in a murder case under PS Hazipur Town. This arrest followed a meticulous process of tracking, intelligence gathering, and advanced mobile surveillance techniques with manual intelligence. 
Nilesh Kumar S/o Lt. Santosh Singh, R/o SDO Road, Hazipur, Bihar, age-27 years was evading himself since the registration of case, vide FIR No. 1014/2023 u/s 302/34 IPC, PS-Hazipur Town, Bihar. He along with two other associates namely Tej Partap, Md. Asif Mustafa, had committed the murder of his Uncle, due to an old property dispute among family. In this case, only one accused Tej Partap could be arrested so far. 
INFORMATION, TEAM & OPERATION:
After committing the murder by shooting his uncle, Nilesh Kumar was evading arrest and changing his hideouts variably and uses the mobiles rarely. Bihar police has asked for help and support to nab the accused as his last location was traced in Delhi. On this, a specialized team of WR-II, led by Inspector Gautam Malik, consisting HC Sonu Sharma, HC Sandeep and HC Bhanwar, under the close supervision of Sh. Rajpal Dabas, ACP/WR-II, constitute by undersigned to nab absconding accused and assist the team of Bihar Police consisting of consisting of Insp. Rajesh Saran, SI Subodh of DIU/Vaishali, and SI D K Mahto of PS- Hazipur Town, Bihar,.
The team utilized advanced surveillance techniques, including tracking mobile phone data (Call Detail Records and location tracking) and monitoring social media activity. After a detailed analysis and manual intelligence, the team's efforts paid off as they successfully traced Nilesh Kumar whereabouts.
The team identified his hideout and coordinated the operation to arrest him from Sector-35, Rohini, New Delhi.
BACKGROUND AND CRIMINAL HISTORY OF THE ACCUSED:
Nilesh Kumar was pursuing M. Com from Bihar. They are having a long property dispute at Hazipur, Bihar. Due to the dispute, he in conspiracy with his two other associates namely Tej Partap and Md. Asif Mustufa had committed the murder of his Uncle in year 2023 and went underground thereafter. Only one accused Tejpartap could be arrested so far and other were still absconding. 
Nilesh Kumar’s arrest marks another significant step of Crime Branch intelligence to assist other state police in ensuring the delivery of justice.
