On the fourth day of Parvadhiraj Paryushan Mahaparv, on 23rd August, the reading of Kalpasutra started in Shri Saudharma Brihad Tapogachhiya Shwetambar Jain Murtipujak Tristutik Shree Sangh in the premises of the local Shri Rajendra Suri Jain Gyan Mandir in Meghnagar city.

The Kalpasutra scripture was recited to the brave soldiers of Dharmottejak Parishad, Abhishek Borana (Ratlam), Kaushik Shah (Ahmedabad), and Raj Sanghvi (Ahmedabad), after the Ashtaprakari worship and Aarti. Mrs. Snehlata Manoharalji Kawadia family took the benefit of the Ashtaprakari worship, Aarti and recitation of scriptures.

The brave soldiers told during the Kalpasutra recitation that the life story of 24 Tirthankaras, etc., was described in this scripture.
