Collector suspended secondary teacher Mr. Vikas Damor posted in Government High School Bhairugarh

Jhabua Collector Neha Meena took action on the complaint received regarding indecent, rudeness, molestation with the girl students of class 8th and class 9th of Government High School Bhairugarh and suspended secondary teacher Vikas Damor. According to the letter sent by the Principal, Sandipani Vidyalaya Khawasa Development Block Thandla District Jhabua, Panchnama has been prepared and received by the office regarding indecent, rudeness, molestation with the girl students of class 8th and class 9th of the institution by secondary teacher Vikas Damor posted in Government High School Bhairugarh.

A 03-member inquiry committee was constituted to investigate the complaint received. The report has been submitted by the constituted investigation team committee on 21st August 2025. According to the investigation report submitted by the constituted investigation committee, the behavior of secondary teacher Vikas Damor has been found to be extremely indecent and rude towards the girl students of the school. This matter is related to the safety of the girl students and is very serious and sensitive, hence Vikas Damor, secondary teacher, Government High School Bhairugarh, development block Thandla, district Jhabua is suspended with immediate effect for the said act under the provisions of Rule 9 (1) (a) of M.P. Civil Services (Classification Control and Appeal) Rules 1966.

During the suspension period, the headquarters of secondary teacher Vikas Damor is fixed as Block Education Office, Block Jhabua, District Jhabua. During the suspension period, he will be duly paid subsistence allowance under the basic rule 53.
