THE TEAM OF GANDHI NAGAR POLICE STATION SHAHDARA ARRESTED 3 ACCUSED PERSONS AND ONE PERSON APPREHENDED IN BURGLARY AND THEFT CASE.

BRIEF FACT OF INCIDENT:-
On 05.08.2025 a PCR call was received at Police Station Gandhi Nagar regarding house theft by breaking the lock of house and same was marked to the IO Vishal Rana, after that IO with the crack team of the PS and other staff reached at the spot, where the caller namely Rekha met and she stated that on dated 05.06.2025, at about 11 AM she went to the market and when she returned back to home at 12 PM, she found that the lock of the main door was  broken, and household items including a fridge, cooler, and a bag containing ?10,000 were found missing.
After that on the statement of the complainant CASE VIDE FIR NO 347/25 u/s 305/ 331(2)/ 3(5) BNS was registered.
INVESTIGATION:- 
During the course of investigation, a dedicated team comprising of SI Vikas Kumar,SI vishal rana, HC Rahul Chaudhary , HC Aman  Bansal  was formed under the close supervision of INS Prafull kumar Jha SHO Gandhi and  overall guidance of ACP Gandhi Nagar. After that the team launched an operation to arrest the culprits, during that process, obtained and analyzed the CCTV footages from the spot and nearby area. After examining the CCTV footages, the team found that four culprits/accused persons were seen carrying the case property from the house of the complainants. After that, a intensive operation was launched and all the 3 accuseds persons and one CCL were arrested and case property Fridge, cooler and other property were recovered from the possession of the accused persons.
INTERROGATION:-
During the interrogation, all accused persons disclosed that in order to fulfill their need for drugs/intoxication but they were arrested before they could sell the stolen items.
RECOVERY:-

ACCUSED PERSONS:-
1. Amit Age 22 years.
2. ?Vikas Age 19 years.
3. ?Suraj age 21 years.
