Cabinet Minister and Collector attended grand tricolor rally of women

On the occasion of Independence Day, a huge and historic tricolor rally was organized by the district administration under the campaign “Har Ghar Tiranga, Har Ghar Swachhata; Independence Utsav, Swachhata Ke Sang” (Every Home Tricolor, Every Home Swachhata; Celebration of Independence, with Cleanliness). Women of the area participated in this event with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. On this special occasion, Women and Child Development Minister of Madhya Pradesh Government, Ms. Nirmala Bhuria and District Collector Neha Meena were present with dignity. Under their leadership, this event not only became a symbol of patriotism, but also succeeded in giving an effective message of awareness towards cleanliness in the society. The rally started from PM Shri Kanya Vidyalaya located in the city, from where a large number of women enthusiastically moved forward with the national flag in their hands. In the rally, the students of PM Shri Kanya Vidyalaya were displaying the valour of the Navy, Army and Air Force, and students also participated in the rally in the form of important historical heroes like Lokmata Ahilya Bai, Rani Lakshmi Bai. The band of the students of PM Shri Kanya Vidyalaya was also the center of attraction in the rally. The route of the rally passed through the main roads of the city and concluded at Rajwada Chowk. Addressing the gathering at the meeting held at Rajwada Chowk, Cabinet Minister Ms. Nirmala Bhuria said that "Independence is not just a festival, but it also reminds us of our responsibilities. Cleanliness and patriotism complement each other. Until our society and village are clean, we cannot be truly independent." During this, she also administered the oath of "Swachh Sujal Gaon" to all the women present, in which a pledge was taken to maintain cleanliness, conserve water and spread awareness about cleanliness in their homes and families.

Collector Neha Meena happily wished all the women a Happy Independence Day in advance and described the participation of women in the rally as amazing. Collector Neha Meena said that by combining topics like cleanliness, public participation and national pride, positive change can be brought in the society. This rally will be remembered as a source of inspiration in the coming years. The participation of women from urban and rural areas in the rally was remarkable. Women, dressed in traditional attire, carrying the tricolor in their hands, filled the entire route with the colors of patriotism. This scene was not only attractive but also became a symbol of social consciousness. A large number of women in the rally marched forward with slogans in costumes reflecting the colors of the tricolor. Women from various social organizations, Brahmakumaris' didis, Anganwadi workers, self-help groups and school students also actively participated in this event. During this, Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat Jitendra Singh Chauhan, Assistant Collector Mr. Ashish Kumar, Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Meghnagar Mrs. Ritika Patidar, Assistant Commissioner Tribal Affairs Department Mrs. Supriya Bisen and other officers and employees were present.
