TWO PROCLAIMED OFFENDERS (POs) WANTED IN NDPS ACT & ARMS ACT CASES, NABBED BY THE TEAMS OF PS KISHANGARH & PS PALAM VILLAGE, SOUTH WEST DISTRICT.

• ACCUSED IFEANYI IS A NIGERIAN NATIONAL & EVADING TRIAL IN A CASE OF NDPS ACT TURNED PROCLAIMED OFFENDER, AGAIN SENT BEHIND BARS.
• ACCUSED IFEANYI & RAHUL @ JAGGI WERE DECLARED AS PROCLAIMED OFFENDERS BY THE HON’BLE COURTS VIDE ORDERS DATED 16.03.2022 & 23.07.2023 RESPECTIVELY.
• MANUAL & TECHNICAL SURVEILLANCE LED TO THE ARREST OF ACCUSED PERSONS.

        The teams of PS Kishangarh & PS Palam Village, South West District has arrested two proclaimed offenders namely Ifeanyi R/o Umuba Ndiagu, Town-Enuga, Nigeria, Age 45 years & Rahul @ Jaggi R/o Village Gaundora, Daudpur, Distt Shahanpur, UP, Age 22 years.

TEAMS, INFORMATION AND OPERATION:

        Keeping in view of the pending cases of proclaimed offenders and to nab the absconding criminals, who are evading the process of law, different teams were constituted to nab the proclaimed offenders. The teams activated the secret informers and staff was deployed in the area to trace the offenders. The teams worked on technical and manual information to trace the proclaimed offenders. Two proclaimed offenders have been apprehended in following cases:

1. FIR No. 77/18 u/s 21/29 NDPS Act, PS Crime Branch, Delhi (Arrested by PS Kishangarh/SWD)

        An actionable intelligence was received regarding the whereabouts of the proclaimed offender Ifeanyi. Accordingly, a dedicated team comprising SI Ashok Kumar, HC Vinod, Ct. Gena Ram & Ct. Deepak was constituted under the supervision of Insp. Ajai Kumar Yadav, SHO/PS Kishangarh and under the guidance of Sh. Ranbir Singh, ACP/Sub-division Safdarjung Enclave to nab the offender. Acting swiftly, the team immediately reached the spot & by showing great sense of responsibility and alertness, successfully apprehended the offender Ifeanyi R/o Umuba Ndiagu, Town-Enuga, Nigeria, Age 45 years, who was declared as Proclaimed Offender (PO) in case FIR No. 77/18, u/s 21/29 NDPS Act, PS Crime branch, Delhi by the court vide order on 16.03.2022. The desperate accused was involved in an illegal drug supply case in Delhi & NCR and had been intentionally absconding.
 
2. FIR No. 31/20, u/s 25/54/59 Arms Act, PS Palam Village, Delhi. (Arrested by PS Palam Village)

       A secret information was received regarding the proclaimed offender Rahul @ Jaggi. Accordingly, a dedicated team comprising of ASI Nityanand and HC Manohar Lal was constituted under the leadership of Insp. Sudhir Kumar Gulia, SHO/PS Palam Village and under supervision of Sh. Anil Kumar, ACP/Sub-division Delhi Cantt to nab the offender. Acting swiftly, the team conducted a strategic raid & by showing great sense of responsibility and alertness successfully apprehended the offender Rahul @ Jaggi who was found declared as Proclaimed Offender (PO) in case FIR No. 31/20 u/s 25/54/59 Arms Act, PS Palam Village, Delhi by the Hon’ble court vide order on 23.07.2023.

PROFILE OF ACCUSED ARRESTED:

       Accused Rahul @ Jaggi R/o Village Gaundora, Daudpur, Distt Shahanpur, UP, Age 22 years is previously involved in 03 criminal cases of theft and Arms Act registered at various police stations of Delhi.
