The verdict in the Malegaon case is a defeat for the “Hindu terror” theory and a victory for justice — Virendra Sachdeva

Rahul Gandhi and all Congress leaders should apologize not only to the Hindu community but to the entire nation — Virendra Sachdeva

New Delhi, July 31 : Delhi BJP President Mr. Virendra Sachdeva today welcomed the verdict delivered by the NIA Special Court in the Malegaon case, stating that it marks the defeat of the theory of Hindu terrorism and the triumph of justice.

Mr. Sachdeva said that Hindus were falsely targeted and implicated in the case, a fact that the court’s decision has now confirmed.

He demanded that legal action should be taken against those who filed and pursued this false case.

He stated that the Congress fabricated the false narrative of “saffron terror” to protect real terrorists, but that conspiracy has now fallen apart. He said that Rahul Gandhi and all Congress leaders must apologize not only to the Hindu society but to the entire country.

Mr. Sachdeva further said that those who used terms like “saffron terror” and “Hindu terror” should apologize to the entire nation. The country witnessed how Congress and its allies used such language against Hindus purely for the sake of appeasing a specific vote bank.

Mr. Virendra Sachdeva stated that the Congress tried to defame the majority community in India. But now that they have failed after the court’s verdict, their leaders are talking about appealing the decision in the High Court.
