A THIEF EVADING TRIAL IN A CASE OF THEFT, TURNED PROCLAIMED OFFENDER, AGAIN SENT BEHIND BARS - BY TEAM OF ANTI-NARCOTICS CELL, CENTRAL DISTRICT.

 

A special drive against proclaimed offenders is being continuously carried out in the Central District. During the drive, a dedicated team of Anti-narcotics cell was constituted which arrested a Proclaimed offender namely Aman.

 

TEAM & OPERATION: -

A dedicated team of Anti-Narcotics Cell, comprised of ASI Sunil, HC Manish, HC Anuj, Ct Rajesh was constituted under the supervision of Insp Ashish K. Dubey and overall supervision of ACP Ops Ms. Sulekha Jagarwar.

The team continued to work on technical and manual information to trace the proclaimed offender Aman. The team visited the residence of the accused person, but he was not available. The team maintained close monitoring through technical surveillance, and information was also gathered from secret informers.

 

On August 05, 2025, information was received that the accused person, Aman, was present at his residence. The team from Anti-Narcotics Cell, immediately reached the spot, and on the informer's instance, the accused Aman r/o Hargyan Singh Road Bapa Nagar Karol Bagh Delhi, Age-23 years, was apprehended from his house.

Upon checking the records, it was found that accused Aman, was declared a proclaimed offender in case E-FIR No-190/2021, u/s 379/411 IPC, P.S - Kamla Market Delhi on 07/03/2025 by the Hon'ble Court of Ms Syesha Chadha JMFC T.H.C Court Delhi. Accordingly, the accused person was arrested.

1. Aman r/o Hargyan Singh Road Bapa Nagar Karol Bagh Delhi, Age-23 years.
