On the last Monday of Sawan, a flood of devotees gathered in village Udaypuriya

Thandla On the occasion of the last Monday of the holy month of Sawan, thousands of villagers reached the Mahadev temple Thakur Falia in the village with Gangajal from the residence of Sarpanch Bharat Katara of Gram Panchayat Udaypuriya

The temple reverberated with the chants of Har Har Mahadev, Jai Bholenath, Bol Bam Bam. Since morning, there was a continuous stream of devotees in the temple to perform Jalabhishek of Lord Shiva. The devotees performed Jalabhishek in the temple and offered Bel leaves, flowers, fruits. Mandal General Secretary and Sarpanch Bharat Katara said that Rudrabhishek of Lord Shiva was performed throughout the day of Sawan.

Along with this, special worship of Lord Shiva was performed. Shiva devotees completed their fasts by performing Jal Abhishek. The devotees performed Udyapan of all the fasts of Sawan on this Monday and also prayed to Lord Shiva to keep them kindly. On this occasion, BJP Sarpanch Bharat Katara said that this program was successful with the cooperation of all the workers of my village. Sarpanch Katara thanked all the workers and mothers and sisters from the bottom of his heart for taking out their valuable time and the event was concluded by distributing Prasad.
