Block Education Officer Meghnagar has directed all the teachers not to accept applications of guest teachers.

As per the instructions received from Commissioner Public Education Directorate Madhya Pradesh Bhopal's letter no. /Additional Education / 2025-26/199/ dated 26.06.2025 and Commissioner, Tribal Affairs Department MP Bhopal's letter no. /Education Stha04Part-2/404/2025/13776 dated 09.07.2025 and Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Affairs Department District Jhabua's letter no. /Stha0 2,4,5/2025 4809 dated 10.07.2025 and letter no. 4935 Jhabua dated 17.07.2025, a meeting was held in the development block assembly hall on date for hiring guest teachers in government institutions for the academic session 2025-26. On 18.07.2025, a meeting of all the Higher Secondary Schools/High School Principals/In-charge Principals of the development block was held under the chairmanship of Block Education Officer, Development Block Meghnagar.

As per the instructions received from the senior office, the action of appointing Guest Teachers Class-1 and 2 on the subject wise vacant posts in all the Higher Secondary Schools/High Schools/Secondary Schools of the development block and Guest Teachers Class-3 against the sanctioned posts (minimum 02) in primary schools is to be done by the institution head and cluster principal from 19 July 2025 to 24 July 2025.

A committee of 03 principals has been constituted at the development block level to examine the proposal of guest teachers to be appointed by the cluster principals. In the committee, 1. Mrs. Varsha Chaure Principal, C.M. Rise, School Meghnagar, 2. Mr. G.S. Devhare, Principal, Sha. K. U.M.V. Meghnagar 3. Mr. Banwarilal Pal, Principal, High School Chainpura have been authorized as committee members. As per the time table received from the district office, the concerned cluster principal will get the proposals of guest teachers tested by the block level committee on 25.07.2025 and then submit it to the Block Education Officer, Block Meghnagar. The proposals will be consolidated from the block office and the process of getting approval from the district level committee will be completed on 28.07.2025 and after the approval of the list, the selected guest teachers will be invited to the school on 31.07.2025. The salary of the guests will be accepted from 01.08.2025.

All the principals have been directed by the Block Education Officer, Development Block Meghnagar that no candidate's application for guest teacher should be refused. All applications should be resolved by the committee constituted at the school level. If the cluster principals face any problem in resolving the applications of guest teachers, Banwarilal Pal, Principal, High School Chainpura and Vinod Kumar Basod, Incharge Principal, Government Higher Secondary School Mandli have been authorized to resolve it.

All the principals have been directed by the Block Education Officer, Development Block Meghnagar to complete all the proceedings within the time limit as per the guidelines issued by the senior office and the district office.
