On the initiative of Collector Neha Meena, “Matridhara Abhiyan (Power to Nature from Women Power)” has been started in Jhabua district with the aim of promoting environmental protection and tree plantation with the participation of women. On the auspicious occasion of Hariyali Amavasya, realizing the theme “Power to Nature from Women Power” under Matridhara Abhiyan, the women of Mahashakti Mahila Mandal Ranapur, teachers and students of Primary School Khandiakhal, students of PM Shri Government Girls Higher Secondary School Jhabua, women of Shri Parshurameshwar Ramayan Mandal Meghnagar Naka, school teachers and students enjoyed the festival by swinging on Sawan swings in traditional style. Through this event, they gave an important message of environmental protection.

By weaving together love for the environment and cultural consciousness, women and girls not only celebrated greenery but also promoted plantation, cleanliness and connection with nature. The presence of participants dressed in colorful costumes brought enthusiasm and gaiety to the program. Collector Neha Meena said that the participation of women strengthens environmental awareness and a sense of responsibility in society. This effort will also become a source of inspiration for future generations. The purpose of the program was not only to celebrate but also to unite the community towards the conservation and promotion of nature.
