Inauguration of adolescent clinic 'Yuva' in Government Medical College, Datia, Nidhi became the first adolescent beneficiary

Madhya Pradesh's second adolescent clinic 'Yuva' was inaugurated under national standards in Government Medical College, Datia by the Dean of the institution, Dr. Deepak Singh Marawi. On this occasion, he said that in the current scenario, a large population of the country is in adolescence, who will build the society in future. At this time, it is the need of the hour for the adolescent clinic 'Yuva' to identify and resolve the problems of this class in time. The first beneficiary, Ms. Nidhi Jatav, was honored by the Dean by counseling in the adolescent clinic.

To solve various problems faced by children during adolescence of 10-19 years such as irritability, anger, anxiety about studies/career, ignoring things, excessive use of social media etc., Adolescent Health Clinic is being started in Childhood and Pediatrics Department, First Floor New OPD Building, Government Medical College Datia (MP) every Saturday from 12 noon to 2 pm. Head of the Department Dr. Rajesh Gupta said that parents can book their slots for prior appointment by contacting on phone no. 07522-451965 daily from 10 am to 2 pm and can get consultation from subject experts on Saturday.

Dr. Rashmi Gupta, Pediatrics and Adolescence Specialist Gwalior, while addressing the academic session, gave a pithy speech regarding the solution of common queries and problems of adolescents related to physical changes and reproduction during adolescence. Dr. Prakash Veer Arya, Pediatrician and Adolescent Specialist Gwalior, gave information about the objective and importance of 'Yuva' clinic. During this, Dr. Arjun Singh, Dr. Pradeep Upadhyay, Dr. D.K. Gupta, Dr. Jagram Manjhi, Dr. Manish Ajmeria, Dr. Puneet Agarwal, Dr. Sachin Yadav, Dr. Amrita Chauhan, Dr. Brijmohan, Dr. Sanjeev, Dr. Shubhi Dr. Swaraj, Dr. Kaushalendra, Dr. Sandeep Dr. Atul, Ms. Jyoti Gupta were present.
