Most of the people in the society ask this question that why the person who does good deeds is troubled most of the time? And why the person who does sinful deeds and wrongdoings does not get punished. Look brother, every person is sure to suffer the consequences of his deeds. Understand this in this way. The person who does good deeds will have to see that there are many types of plants in nature. One type of plants are those which bear fruits within two to three months like cucumber, watermelon, muskmelon etc. The second type of plants are those which bear fruits within five to six months like wheat, gram, mustard etc. The third type of plants are those which are ready in one year like pigeon pea and sugarcane. The fourth type of plants are those which bear fruits in three to four years like mango etc. The fifth type is jackfruit plant which bears fruit after five to six years. Now the point to understand here is that the specialty of the fruits of all these plants is that the fruits of cucumber, watermelon, wheat, gram, pigeon pea etc. were obtained soon but were not durable. If you want to get them again, you will have to sow them again. But on the other hand, mango and jackfruit plants bear fruits late but they keep on bearing fruits for many years. There is no need to sow them again and again. Similarly, whatever Dharma Karma or good deeds we do, it may take time to get the fruits but we will definitely get them. And the fruits that we get will be durable for a long time. Therefore, the person doing Dharma Karma or good deeds should never be disappointed. You will definitely get the fruits and not only you but your seven generations will get them because the roots of Dharma Karma are very deep. Just like the mango plant that your father planted, your father ate its fruits, you are eating them and your children will also eat them. We will discuss the second part of this tomorrow.
