The festival of Jesus' suffering and death was celebrated with devotion by the people of the Catholic community in Saint Arnold Church of Meghnagar with prayers. In which the people of the community presented the suffering and harsh tortures given to Jesus in their performance under 14 rests, seeing which tears flowed from the eyes of the people present. Everyone was overwhelmed and immersed in those sad moments of Jesus' death. After the presentation, the community prayed in the church. Father Raju Mathew, Father Demelo, Father Andrews Lobo, Father Ashish Bhedi, Father Varghese, Sister and all the people of the society were present in the prayer meeting. In his sermon, the parish priest Father Jomon told all the people of the Catholic community about the importance of fasting and abstinence during the Forty-day period and told them to observe fast and abstinence on Holy Friday. After the prayer, all the people of the community drank the bitter water of neem. A large number of people of the community were present.
