Indore will smell of Hapus mango for three days, more than 23 mango producers will participate

The 12th edition of Mango Jatra, an annual event of Marathi Social Group Trust, will begin from May 09.

Sudhir Dandekar and Rajesh Shah of the organization said that about 23 mango producers of Konkan, world famous Maharashtra, will sell original Hapus mango and other Konkan products directly to the customers. Mango Jatra will be organized from May 09 to May 11 from 09 am to 10 pm at Gramin Haat Bazaar, Dhakan Wala Kua, South Tukoganj.

You told that Mango Jatra will be inaugurated in the special hospitality of Mahamandleshwar Dadu Maharaj, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh State Co-Contact Chief Vinay Pingale, Director of Marathi Sahitya Academy Bhopal MP Santosh Godbole, and entrepreneur Rakesh Ratnaparkhe. Mrs. Tripti Mahajan and Sumedha Bavkar said that apart from the stalls of Marathi cuisine, Indori Chaat Chowpatty has also been included in Mango Jatra so that Mango Jatra can become a complete family weekend celebration destination. Apart from Marathi cuisine like Sambar Vadi, Kokum Sherbet, Vada Pav, Garam Chakli, Anarse, Mango Mastani, Misal Pav, Khopra Patties, Shrikhand Puri, Appe, Puran Poli, Dahi Vada, Indori Chaat Chowpatty will also be there.

Sameer Deshkulkarni of the organization said that like every year, this year also Hapus mango will be available for tasting at Mango Jatra at a nominal charge.

Darshan Jagirdar said that ample free parking is available for two wheelers and four wheelers in the Mango Jatra premises itself.
