Program on Peace of Mind and Meditation for Advocates held in District Court

Gwalior: The Jurist Wing of Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation, a sister organization of Prajapita Brahmakumaris Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya, in collaboration with High Court Advocates Association Gwalior, organized a program on Peace of Mind and Meditation for Advocates in Common Hall District Court today. Brahmakumaris Center Head Rajyogini BK Adarsh ??Didi, Senior Meditation Trainer and Motivational Speaker BK Prahlad Bhai, BK Pawan were present in the program.

Addressing everyone at the beginning of the program, BK Prahlad Bhai said that if you want to experience happiness and peace in today's fast-paced life, then you must take out some time for yourself every day.

Today we have made a person, object or luxury the basis of happiness, whereas being happy and calm is our basic nature.

Today, if someone does not talk to us happily or peacefully, we become very sad and we feel that we are very sad because of them and we also tell this to everyone. This means that we have given the key to our happiness to others.

If we are expecting happiness, peace, love from someone and we are not getting it from them, it means that they are also empty. And what can an empty person give to another empty person. Therefore, whatever is needed in life, bring it into yourself and then share it with others, then you will have more. The best way for this is Rajayoga meditation. In which we can fill ourselves with knowledge, virtues and powers by connecting the strings of our mind with the Almighty Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul. Do meditation or Dhyan for some time every day and experience peace in your life. Along with this, he also gave some tips to make life happy.

- Wake up early every morning

- Walk or exercise to keep the body healthy.

- Stay in touch with nature.

- Start the day with positive thoughts.

- Practice Rajyoga meditation every day.

- Always see the qualities of others.

- Do not take office stress home.

- If there is some misunderstanding with someone, then call the concerned person before going to sleep.

- Thank God.

- Make it a habit to forgive others.

- Life is precious, enjoy it.

- Do not let your happiness and peace go away because of someone.

In the program, Rajyogini Adarsh ????Didi told everyone about Rajyoga meditation and said that there is a conscious power inside all of us which runs the body. Which we call soul. Mind, intellect, sanskar are the three powers of the soul. She told about how it works and in the end, everyone also got a deep experience of Rajyoga meditation.

On this occasion, Bar Association President Pawan Pathak, Vice President Jitendra Dixit, Secretary Mahesh Goyal, Advocate Rajesh Mittal, Anil Sharma, Pawan Sharma, Sunil Rajput, Ravi Kushwah, Jitendra Simrodia, Dilip Singh Yadav, Gyanendra Kumar, CP Singh, Sunita Chauhan, Sanjay Khedkar, Pooja Sisodia, Awadhesh Singh Tomar, Santosh Sharma, Sumit Singh Rajawat, Akshay Singh Rajawat, Umesh Rajoria, Vivek Sharma, Ramesh Goswami, Rahul Chaurasia and many other advocates were present.
