Working with a black band, the doctors expressed their opposition to substandard medicines.

The doctors reiterated their demands and warned that the agitation will become violent if the issue is not resolved! Major demands of doctors

1.The Hon'ble High Court in its order dated 4 December 2024 had ordered the formation of a High Power Committee in 2 weeks and to resolve the issues of doctors in the next 2 weeks, which has not been given till date.

By forming this committee as soon as possible, we will include all the demands of all the constituent organizations in it and find a solution to them.

2.Many doctors and medical teachers are not yet getting the benefit of the Time Scale Selection PayScale (DACP) passed by the Madhya Pradesh Cabinet.

The orders issued in many places are also flawed

3. Order passed by Madhya Pradesh Cabinet on 4 October 2023

The actual benefit of the seventh pay scale should be given from 1 January 2016

Calculation of NPA should be done in accordance with the seventh pay scale

4. Many medicines supplied by MPPHCL were found to be substandard. Some of these medicines also include life saving medicines used in ICU and operation theatre

Despite this, no FIR has been lodged against the manufacturers till date

5. After the tragic incident at RG Kar Medical College in Kolkata, no effort was made to strengthen the security system on the basis of the report of the National Task Force constituted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court

6. The health and medical education system of the state has gone into limbo by appointing administrative officers in place of technical experts in the department by making new orders

Therefore, administrative interference will have to be ended

Therefore, it is well known that the Hon'ble Supreme Court, Hon'ble High Court, Madhya Pradesh and the main democratic institution, the cabinet of Madhya Pradesh Due to disregard of the passed order we were forced to protest.
