Free child heart checkup and treatment camp

Bureau Chief Rahim Sherani Hindustani - Jhabua

Under the direction of Collector Neha Meena, Chief Medical and Health Officer Jhabua Dr. B.S. Baghel organized a free child heart camp in District Hospital Jhabua. In which free checkup of children from birth to 18 years was done by the expert team of Indore. A total of 44 children were examined in the camp, out of which 35 children were found to be suffering from congenital child heart.

Cases of the identified children will be prepared and approved under the National Child Health Program. In the organized camp, the Chief Medical and Health Officer explained in detail about child heart disease to the parents of children suffering from congenital child heart and gave necessary information. In the camp, the RBSK teams working at the field level screened these children in schools and Anganwadis and sent them to the district level camp. Dr. Vinod Joseph and team, Civil Surgeon, Dr. Mohabbat Kirad, Dr. Sandeep Chopra, Dr. Pradeep Dodwal, Pediatrician and entire RBSK team were present in the camp.
