Delhi State Volleyball Championship from today.

Mahesh Dhoundiyal - Delhi

Delhi Amateur Volleyball Association will start Delhi State Senior Volleyball Championship from 20 to 22 December at Naharpur Volleyball Ground, Rohini Sector 7. In which more than 35 teams of men and women categories will challenge each other. These include major teams like Northern Railway Custom Income Tax Power Limited, Delhi Administration etc.

According to the President of Amateur Organization Saurabh Sudan, state and international level players of the best teams of 11 districts and various departments will participate in the championship which will run for three days. During this, players playing volleyball at national and international level from Delhi will also be invited. They will also be honored. Apart from this, cash prizes and certificates will also be distributed to the winning teams of both the categories. The tournament will be inaugurated by local corporation councilor and international player former IRS Raj Singh.
