For Pithampur industrial area also, teams of the electricity distribution company are seen deployed round the clock, so that in case of any technical difficulty, the repair work can be done by reaching the spot within a few minutes. Dr. DN Sharma, Superintendent Engineer, Indore Rural Circle, MP West Zone Electricity Distribution Company, said that for Pithampur industrial area and nearby areas, there is supply arrangement from Kuvarsi 400 kV, Sector 1 220 kV, Sector 3 220 kV, Ghata Billaud 132 kV Betma 1432 kV, Netrip 132 ultra high pressure power stations. A total of 7 teams of distribution centers and high pressure are working for 1600 high pressure and 1500 low pressure industries of Pithampur area, which look after maintenance and other necessary works on 32 specialized feeders of 33 kV. All the teams of distribution center, high pressure, quick work service, by making mutual coordination, provide services to the consumers of industrial area in minimum time. Due to this, the average power distribution time here is around 23 hours 55 minutes.

Four lines in Pithampur area are of Panther category. Due to this, high power electricity is reaching the industries with less loss. There are 132 KV ultra high tension power lines to the premises of 5 industries in this area, and the supply here is being done from this ultra high tension power.
