The third day of the 43rd India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2024 at Bharat Mandapam was a remarkable blend of cultural celebration, trade opportunities, and an unforgettable visitor experience. Organized by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) under the theme “Sustainable Development for a Better Future,” the fair continued to attract large crowds, showcasing India’s vibrant heritage and economic potential.

Uttar Pradesh, the Partner State of IITF 2024, took the spotlight with its magnificent cultural showcase. Traditional music, dance, and handicraft demonstrations brought the state’s rich history and artistic legacy to life. The day’s activities reflected Uttar Pradesh’s pivotal role in India’s cultural and economic development, leaving visitors deeply inspired.

Inaugurating the UP Pavilion, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath highlighted the state’s transformation into a key MSME hub. He emphasized the government's focused efforts in attracting investments and promoting local products through initiatives like the One District One Project (ODOP), which have led to increased orders and employment opportunities for entrepreneurs and youth. His remarks underscored Uttar Pradesh's commitment to fostering sustainable economic growth and empowering local communities, making it a model for the country.

Adding to the vibrant atmosphere was a spectacular array of cultural performances from across the country. The Indian Brotherhood of Magicians captivated audiences with a spellbinding magic show, enthralling children and adults alike. Chhattisgarh delighted visitors with soulful folk singing, while Punjab brought unmatched energy to the stage with its lively singing and dancing performances. The day concluded with a mesmerizing qawwali session by the Hussain Brothers, a soulful celebration of India’s Sufi traditions that left the audience spellbound.

Halls 8 to 12 continued to draw impressive footfall as visitors eagerly explored and shopped for a diverse range of products. The bustling shopping arenas offered everything from artisanal crafts to innovative goods, underscoring IITF’s reputation as a premier destination for commerce and trade. To cater to the growing number of visitors, additional food courts were introduced, providing a variety of culinary delights and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.

The 43rd IITF 2024 is not just a trade fair; it is a confluence of business, culture, and innovation. As the event progresses, visitors can look forward to more engaging activities, exciting business opportunities, and memorable experiences.
