Under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic Management Arvind Tiwari, continuous awareness programs are being organized by the Education Wing of Traffic Management Police. In which senior officers are making students of schools, colleges, institutions etc. aware of traffic rules.

On Wednesday, 20 November 2024, the team of Traffic Management Police Education Wing organized a "Traffic Bal Mitra" class in the Traffic Park for the children of GD Goenka School. In which the little children said that the police is our friend. The children also looked very excited to meet all the children and know their names. The children told the importance of rules by reciting a poem on following traffic rules. When asked whether their parents wear helmets or seat belts or not, the children answered yes and no with great honesty. The little children also told the benefits of wearing helmets and promised the traffic police that they will stop the parents if they do not follow the traffic rules. The traffic police gave information about the precautions to be taken while coming to school and going from school, the names and importance of traffic lights, zebra crossing, stop line, the way to cross the road safely, precautions to be taken while playing in the streets, etc. After the traffic school, the police asked the children what they would like to become when they grow up, the children enthusiastically said that they would like to become army men, teachers, doctors, policemen, engineers and also told about their work. Everyone also applauded by clapping while answering the questions. The school staff was also present during the program.
