Sub-Divisional Officer Inspects Various Offices in Bihar Sharif Block; Several Irregularities Found

Today, on 23/12/2025, various offices were inspected in Bihar Sharif block by the sub office bearer Bihar Sharif.
First of all inspected RTPS counter located at the block co zonal office, all personnel were present during the inspection. Not all the workers name plate was found.
In the inspection of MNREGA office Bihar Sharif, a lot of dirt was found in the office premises. In this regard, the intense program officer Manrega Bihar Sharif was instructed to keep the clean of office premises. Zonal archives inspected, during the inspection CCTV cameras installed in the archives found bad. Revenue Officer, Bihar Sharif was asked in this regard, a satisfactory copy was not answered by him. Zonal Adhikari Bihar Sharif was instructed to install CCTV camera in Abhilamb archives.
Primary School Bihar Sharif located in the premises of the block office was inspected. During the inspection only one student was found present in the school. There is an explanation from the principal regarding this.
In the inspection of the worker room of the zonal office, all the workers were not able to install name plate and duty table. Cash book, karma book, update not found.
In the inspection of the blockade office, the input-destructed registration was not able to be resolved. The application letter related to the Bloody Janata Darbar was not presented by them when demanded from the Bloody Coordinator. Panchayat Secretary Prahlad Singh Gram Panchayat Raj Meghi Nagwan's biometric presence description was demanded not provided by him.
The shortage in the inspection of Child Development Child Development Project Office Bihar Sharif Sadar stated that the cash book has not been updated due to the former clerk not given the same in charge till date directed that two days Inside the concerned personnel will take charge of cash bahi.
