Dr. Shikha further explained that since the scenario of education is changing rapidly it becomes relevant that a teacher needs to be developed. To hone their potential and strength to fight obstacles, the teacher should always be ready with solutions. Teachers hone the skills of students to face not only the expected but also many unexpected situations. It is worth mentioning that Dr. Shikha Dutt Sharma has more than 4 years of teaching and research experience in reputed institutes/universities in India. She has done her PhD in (English Literature) from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, (Campus) Meerut. Dr. Shikha is UGC NET qualified, she is currently working as Assistant Professor in School of Humanities and IQAC Coordinator in KR Mangalam University, Gurugram. She has a rich understanding of English Literature, Grammar Lessons, Teaching and Mentoring, Curriculum Development, General Administration and has published various papers in international journals/conferences.
