Gwalior: In today's life, the most important thing is our happiness. If we move forward stress-free and with positive thinking, by being happy in every situation, then we can achieve what we want in life. This idea was expressed by Rajyoga meditation instructor and motivational speaker Brahmakumar Prahlad Bhai in the morning session on Sunday at 3 MP Naval NCC Unit Gwalior. On this occasion, Camp Commandant Akhil Sharma, Chief Instructor Gaurav Singh Chandel, ANO Vidya and PI Staff Ashok and Anshul Sharma were present.

While telling the NCC cadets the formula for success, Prahlad Bhai said that student life is the most important time. And the students who make good use of this time, definitely achieve their goals in life.

Social media is becoming the biggest obstacle in this. Use social media only as per need. Because it is affecting our mind. Always keep in mind that social media is for our convenience and not for confusion, set a time for its use. Children who wake up before sunrise and start their daily routine, their whole day goes well and the goal of life becomes easy for them.

We should use social media, but keep in mind that it should not control us. Giving an example, he said that just as a string controls a kite, in the same way our parents and teachers guide us to make our life better, so listen to their words carefully, respect them and follow them. Only then can we move ahead in life and become a better person.

How to control anger – Prahlad Bhai described anger as the biggest weakness of man and said that it reduces the working capacity of a person. Anger is momentary but many times in a moment it makes us commit such a big mistake, which we regret for the whole life. Therefore, whenever anger comes, move away from there at that moment and try to understand the reason for anger and find a solution. Never hold on to anything, the more you try to stay away from negative thoughts and think of positive thoughts, the happier you will be in life.

Question – How to do time management?

Answer – To make good use of time, first of all make your time table and tally it before going to sleep. See how much you were able to follow what you had decided. By doing this regularly, you will be able to save your time.

Question – How to increase self-confidence?

Answer – If we recognize our own strengths and do our work firmly without getting influenced by the negative things of others, then our confidence will never waver.

Question – How to relieve stress?

Answer – Whenever we think about something repeatedly, then we get stressed, in such a situation, to remove this thing from the mind, keep yourself busy in some creative work.

Question – How to keep the mind calm?

Answer – To keep the mind calm, start the day with meditation.

Question - What to do to sleep early at night and wake up early in the morning?

Answer - Eat food three hours before sleeping at night and stay away from mobile and TV screens. If you sleep on time, you will definitely wake up early.

Creative activities were conducted in the program and everyone was also made to practice Rajyoga meditation.

At the end of the program, Gaurav Singh Chandel expressed his gratitude to everyone.

On this occasion, about 350 NCC students took advantage of the session.
