Women awareness campaign is being run in various schools, educational institutions and public places of Gwalior district. Under the said campaign, on 08.11.2024, the students and school staff of Saraswati Shishu Mandir located at Hujarat Pul were taken on a tour of Thana Kotwali and were made aware by giving information about women safety and new crimes related to women and cyber crimes. On this occasion, apart from the students of almost all the school staff, the school staff was also present.

On 08.11.2024, the students, principals, school teachers of Saraswati Shishu Mandir located at Hujarat Pul in Thana Kotwali premises visited Thana Kotwali. During the tour, the school children present were informed about the proceedings at the police station, routine and other work by Thana Incharge Kotwali Inspector R.K. Singh and Sub Inspector Mohini Verma. After that, the school students were made aware about insensitivity, conservatism, crimes through social media, drug addiction, illiteracy, dowry demand, gender discrimination, female foeticide, good touch, bad touch and eve teasing etc. and the school children were told about the usefulness of Beti Ki Patti and Nirbhaya mobile and 100 dial etc. The students present were told not to be afraid in any emergency situation and not to hide any incident. If any incident happens to you, immediately inform your parents and the police. The school children were also made aware of the functioning of the police station, after which chocolates were distributed to all by the police station in-charge. After visiting the police station, all the students left the police station with great joy.
